Biography
I am 12 years old and in the seventh grade. I love the accelerated program at my middle school because it is geared toward college bound students like me.
I have been invited to the Duke TIP program for gifted students and will take the ACT this December. I plan to do my undergraduate studies at the NC School of the Arts and Graduate studies at NYU.
We moved to North Carolina from Minnesota when I was three years old. My mom tells me that I used to model when I lived in Minnesota. I did print ads for John Hancock Insurance, JC Penney’s Photo Studio and Andersen Windows. Mom took me out of modeling and said that, if and when I decided to get back into it, I could. That’s why I have this webpage.
My main passion is acting. I just got to see my first "Premier" of A Christmas Family Tragedy where I played Carrie Lawson. It was so much fun. I got to sign autographs too! I have been in one film at the NC School of the Arts and just auditioned for another.
I was in two plays at my elementary school. I played Mrs. Cratchit in A Christmas Carol and Snow White in a modern day version of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. I also played in a couple of roles in "All the World is a Stage" at my middle school. It was so much fun. I plan to audition for Community Theater this spring, they are doing A High School Musical.
I also enjoy singing. I sang with The Winston-Salem Children’s Chorus for two years, which was fun, especially when we sang at Epcot.
I love to make movies at home with my brother (talent #7625354). When I’m not making movies, I’m either reading, on the computer on my favorite website – Neopets - or busy with Science Olympiad.
